What can’t be returned?

Several types of Comfyzak products are exempt from being returned. 

All end of range, defect sale and sale items cannot be returned; in addition NOTICEABLY USED, non-resalable or items falling outside the 10 day window. 

In the case of "noticeably used items", namely beanbags that look visibly used or can be regarded as used due to odours etc.

Comfyzak reserves the right to refuse return outright or in special cases; refund and determine the refund for a portion of the used items value upon its return delivery.

In the case of non-resalable items, namely damaged items, these cannot be returned.
