Returns and Refunds
Our hope is that you are completely satisfied with your Comfyzak, if not please reach out to us by opening a new support ticket, we will do everything we can to satisfy you; but if not please open a new support ticket or give us a call per the below returns policy.
Our returns policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your order was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund, however all Comfyzak products are covered by a 1-5 year factory warranty in the case of defects (depending on the Comfyzak product purchased).
In the unlikely event of a rare defect please see our warranty section.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it; it must also be in the original packaging, with all parts. Should a product be removed from its packaging, you may need to place the product back into its packaging (please contact us for a re-packaging kit if needed) to avoid any applicable repackaging fee.
Like any return missing product parts and/or packaging will be deducted from any refund; and a return handling and/or repackaging fee may be also applicable.
Additionally: You as the user are responsible for checking the dimensions of your Comfyzak beanbag before you order it. Please see our size information page on our website for the recommended floor space requirements. If, when you receive your order and you are not happy or the Comfyzak does not fit, an exchange can be requested from us.
