Thank you for your interest and for visiting our website. on the below page we will inform you about the handling of your Personal Information (PI) when visiting our website. Personal Information is all data with which you can be identified.
SECTION 1 - WHEN AND WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?
When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s: internet protocol (IP) address, date and time of access, amount of data sent in bytes, Source/reference from which you came to the page, browser used and Operating system used; this information is used in as much anonymous form as possible, to provide us with information that helps us improve your user experience.
When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information (PI) you give us such as your name, address, contact details and email address.
Email marketing: With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates from time to time.
Cart Reminders: In the case of an abandoned cart, namely where you the user exit an order or purchase you are completing during checkout; as part of our service to you we will make use of your information provided to us to remind you about this non-completed purchase; via email and/or sms on no more than 5 occasions after initially exiting. Your consent to this automatic and limited notification is received upon checking of the agreement box, displayed prior to proceeding to checkout.

How do you get my consent?
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery, return a purchase or click an accept / Got it button, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.
If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.
How do I withdraw my consent?

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if our Terms of Service are violated.
SECTION 4 - SHOPIFY
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify’s secure data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
This website uses SSL or TLS encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of personal data and other confidential content (e.g. orders or inquiries to the controller). You can recognize an encrypted connection by the character string https:// and the lock symbol in your browser line.

SECTION 5 - PAYMENTS
We make use of external Payment Gateway Providers to complete your purchase, whom store your payment information and data stores your credit card data as required by law and per their terms of service and privacy policies.
All payments are encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
We make use of the below payment providers:
PayFast, Paypal, Ozow, Coinbase and PayJustNow.
SECTION 6 - THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us and yourself.
However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.
For these providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies so you can understand the manner in which your personal information will be handled by these providers.

SECTION 7 - SECURITY

SECTION 9 - ONLINE MARKETING
Facebook pixels for creating custom audiences with extended data matching feature within our online offer, the so-called "Facebook pixel" of the social network Facebook in extended data matching mode is applied. It is operated by Facebook Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Quare, Dublin 2, Ireland (hereinafter "Facebook").
If a user, who has given his explicit consent, clicks on an advertisement placed by us and played on Facebook, an addition is made to the URL of our linked page by Facebook pixels. This URL parameter is then entered into the user's browser via a cookie after it has been forwarded, which is set by our linked page itself. In addition, this cookie collects specific customer information, such as the email address that we collect on our Facebook-associated website during transactions such as purchases, account signups, or registrations (advanced data matching). The cookie is then read by Facebook Pixel and enables the data, including the specific customer data, to be forwarded to Facebook.
With the help of the Facebook pixel with extended data matching feature, Facebook is able to determine visitors of our online offer as a target group for the presentation of ads (so-called "Facebook ads"). Accordingly, the Facebook pixel with extended data matching feature to display Facebook ads placed by us will be presented only to Facebook users who have shown an interest in our online offer or who demonstrate certain characteristics (e.g. interest in certain topics or products determined by means of the websites visited) which we transmit to Facebook (so-called "custom audiences"). When using Facebook pixels, we also want to ensure that our Facebook ads match the potential interest of users and are not annoying. This allows us to evaluate the effectiveness of Facebook ads for statistical and market research purposes by tracking whether users were forwarded to our website after clicking on a Facebook ad ("conversion"). Compared to the standard variant of Facebook Pixel, the extended data matching feature helps us better measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns by tracking more associated conversions.
All transmitted data is stored and processed by Facebook to enable a connection to the respective user profile and to allow Facebook to use the data for its own advertising purposes in accordance with the Facebook Data Usage Guidelines (https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/). The data may enable Facebook and its partners to place advertisements on and off Facebook.
SECTION 10 - AGE OF CONSENT
By using this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.
SECTION 11 - DURATION
We endeavor to automatically delete as much PI relating to you within 24 hours of making use of our digital store. Remaining information related to orders and required for communication, by law and for consensual marketing; is held until unsubscribing or up until your removal request.
