To request an exchange, the following is needed: 

1. Please open a new support ticket and include your order number.

2. Advise us that you would like to exchange your current product or part thereof; and what is wrong with it. 

3. Advise us what you would like to exchange your current product to.

4. Package product in its protective packaging and or press pack (if inner sacks) and allow courier to collect.

 

Please note:

For exchanges to be successful an order must be new, visibly unused, in resalable condition and have all parts and packaging.

We prefer that all exchanges be completed using our courier to prevent any excessive exchange/return costs; however in cases where any client opts to make use of their own courier, all costs will remain for your account only.
