If the colour or size of your order does not meet your needs upon delivery, please do reach out to us so we can arrange an exchange.

An exchange and/or courier fee may be applicable for an exchange to be successful.

We prefer that all exchanges be completed using our courier to prevent any excessive exchange costs; however in cases where any client opts to make use of their own courier, all costs will remain for your account only.

In the case of exchanges the entire order value is credited to you and re-invoiced in the new exchange size, any difference being payable or refundable (this includes where covers and inner sacks are ordered separately).

Note: For exchanges to be successful an order must be new, visibly unused, in resalable condition and have all parts and packaging.
